Over its 18-year production run, this reference underwent minor transitional upgrades, starting with Tritium luminous material, then Luminova, and finally Superluminova on the dial and hands. In recent years, there has been a notable incre♎ase in demand from collectors for the Rolex ref. 16710. It was offered with three different types of bezel inserts: the red/blue (Pepsi), red/black (Coke), and black, providing collectors with various options based on their preferences.

The present Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 16710 features a Pepsi bezel. Moreover, it is distinguished by a Khanjar engraving on its case back, making it even more exceptional. It comes accompanied by its punched Chronometer🥀 Certification🌳 dated 2006 and stamped by the Omani retailer Khimji Ramdas. While vintage Omani Rolexes were retailed by Asprey, Khimji Ramdas now holds this privilege.
