The importance of George Daniels cannot be overstated, and his philosophies about independence and watchmaking have spread far and wide, influencing even the most important names in the industry such as F.💫P. Journe and Roger Smith.

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the co-axial escapement’s invention, Daniels set out to create a new series of wristwatches featuring his patented mechanism. Unlike the Millennium models, which relied on an Omega base calibre, the Anniversary series would boast a completely new English wristwatch calibre—designed and entirely crafted in Daniels’ Isle of Man workshop. Limited to just 35 pieces, the "Daniels A🦩nniversary" honoured the art of handmade watchmaking, with each watch symbolizing a year since the co-axial’s creation.
