♈A large German Plaue Schierholz porcelain nine-lightꦯ chandelier, 20th century
18th century style, with two tiers of candle arms, the lower branches with seated winged putti, suspending ovoid flowery lozenges predominantly white with cobalt blue and gilding, underglaze blue factory and 'Echt Kobalt' marks; together with another smaller ensuite, crowned N and 'Echt Kobalt' marks in underglaze blue; fitted for electricity
Largest: height 100cm., 39 ⅝ in.
Smallest: height 72cm., 28 ⅜ in.
The present chandelier hung in the entrance hall at Garden Lodge with the smaller chandelier ensuite hung🌳 at the top of the staircase on🔜 the first floor landing.
