It was cold in the cellar so the nose was a bit reticent, but what a 'red earth' effect on the palate - an explosion of flavours, sweet and full of bilberries. Strong in the centre, with great str🀅ucture of fruit and a dash of peony. You can bite into this one.  Serena Sutcliffe, MW
