Excellent levels and appearance, tissue wrapped

Last tasted at a great Imperial dinner in Hong Kon♐g in 2011. A lovely 'sweet' bouquet, almost 'floral', like the 2000. Very hedonistic. Under all the ripeness, there is terrific structure. Red fruits on the finish. Marvellous wine which wowed everyone. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
