Indeed, many hold the Domaine’s grand cru Bonnes Mares in the highest regard as the quintessential benchmark for exceptional vintages. Hailed as the pinnacle of excellence in winemaking, earning critical acclaim, we are proud to present a collection of 18 unique lots, each purchased directly from the Domaine, that is sure to delight the palates of collectors around the world.

Quintessence from Domaine Georges Roumier

White burgundy is commonly known as the most joyfull white wines in the world. This sale is a special curation of the best climats and vintages from the most precise producers such as Domain Leflaive, Etienne Sauzet or Comtes Lafon. Vastly available in original wooden cases, domaine Leflaive plays an important role in this exceptional collection. As a pioneer, the domaine took the best of worldclass terroirs such as Bâtard-Montrachet or Chevalier-Montrachet to bring them at their finest. Today, they are testimonies of such an incredible and visionary choice made by collectors who care about perfection and dream of only the best. Leflaive is well accompanied by various vintages from domaine Etienne Sauzet. A large selection of Puligny-Montrachet from lot 277 to 286 in various cuvées invite to travel and have a sip of this mosaic of terroirs. Les Perrières, Gouttes d’or, Clos de la Barre or Charmes from Domaine des Comtes Lafon bring us to Meursault in such an incredible travel from lot 153 to 180 to discover a vast array of the finest plots.

An epic selection in various formats including Hermitage, Côte Rôtie with the most iconic signatures from domaine Jean-Louis Chave, E. Guigal with Lalala’s selection and a great array of Château de Beaucastel in double magnums, magnums and full cases. In Hermitage, Jean-Louis Chave have attained a mythological status not just within the Rhône, but amongst the wider pantheon of the world’s great domaines. The Chaves are legendary winemakers and have been tending vines on the hill of Hermitage for more than 500 years. For wine lovers in search of the true pinnacle of the Rhône valley’s inimitable expressions of Syrah, it is difficult to look beyond the wonderful bottles offered here, including rare large formats. Perfectly stored bottles of Chave’s Hermitage Rouge from 1983 to 2012 find their place next to wonderful 1999 to 2014 selection from château de Beaucastel. Perrin’s family spent decades making legendary wines and Jacques Perrin in the middle of the 20th century brought the estate to a league of its own. Balance and elegance, precision and an absolute respect for the terroir define Beaucastel’s style and make it one of the best wines of the region. In this sale, a real passionate dedicated his time to select the best vintages from this château especially the cuvée “hommage à Jacques Perrin” in various formats from lot 292 to 341. Over in Côte Rôtie, we are treated to an amazing range of great lots across all of Guigal’s “La La La’s” from the 2002 to 2012 vintages. These are truly amongst the Rhône’s greatest treasures.
