Afterwards, Daniela Mascetti said: “I thoroughꦿly enjoyed preparing this talk and assembling the many images that helped me to show how the jewels ✨of this eclectic  period were the consequence of early 20th Century artistic experiences that spanned from Vienna Secession to  Fauvism and  Cubism, and were inspired  by a variety of ancient and exotic civilisations.

“I was glad to see the audience reacting positively to the juxtaposition of images of jewels and dress fashion, jewels and works of art from Oriental civilisation, jewels and archaeological remains and appreciating how tightly inter-related these fields are.”
