Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is much brighter, warmer and more vibrant in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. This work is unstretched. There are staple marks along all four corners at the edges of the exposed canvas. The extreme edges curl and are very lightly frayed, inherent to the artist's choice of medium. There are stretcher marks at all four edges of the painted area of the composition which show signs of faint discolouration. The canvas buckles slightly at all four corners and there are rub marks at intervals along each edge. The canvas undulates slightly where it has been rolled. There are several faint rub marks to the left of the centre bottom edge. There is a further rub mark towards the top left corner and another rub mark a third of the way up the right hand edge.
