- a rare "verre fixé'" plaque of Saint Clare
standing with the Host, surrounded by the figures of St Paul, St Sebastian and St Lawrence, to the left a column with the armorial escutcheon of the Badoari family, in black ebonised lacquer frame
Condition
As can be seen in the catalogue photograph the bottom corners of the glass panel are missing. The gilding has worn in parts in particular at the bottom edge but much remains and the overall condition is good. The panel has been later mounted on black velvet in an ebony veneered frame.The left hand edge near the base has veneer loss and there are minor losses to the veneer at the top.
