Reference 3445 was manufactured from 1961 until 1981. Examples in platinum are extremely rare and only 7 are known. An example of the reference with baguette numeral dial was sold at Sotheby's Geneva, 15 May 2007, lot 171. Our research of vintage Patek Philippe catalogues has found no mention of the reference's availability in platinum which may indicate that it was only available by special request.
