Description
Comprising: a bracelet composed of rectangular links and barrel-shaped spacers milligrain-set with single- and circular-cut diamonds, length 175mm; a rectangular bar brooch of openwork design set with baguette, single- and circular-cut diamonds, formerly part of a bracelet; a lady's wristwatch, the rectangular dial applied with Arabic numerals, the bezel and articulated shoulders millegrain-set with single-cut stones, on a white strap, length 180mm; and a clip of openwork geometric design set with circular- and rose-cut diamonds, highlighted by a cultured pearl, one diamond replaced by a simulant, pearl untested, case.
Condition
All metal tested as platinum. Bracelet: diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 6.80 carats in total, generally I-J colour, SI clarity. The brooch may have been formerly an element of a bracelet: diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 3.50 carats in total, generally I-J colour, VS-SI clarity. Watch: mechanical movement not in running condition at the time of cataloguing, but please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches; gallery engraved with foliate motifs, chips to glass, dial tarnished, strap worn and stained (would benefit to be replaced). All showing signs of normal wear commensurate with age, minor scratches and tarnish to metal otherwise in good condition.
