The cushion-shaped modified brilliant-cut sapphire weighing 13.39 carats, flanked by pear-shaped diamond shoulders, mounted in platinum,
Condition
Stamped pt 950 for platinum. Sapphire with good colour saturation, bright purplish-blue hue. Typical crystal inclusions visible with a 10x lens. Deep stone, circa 9.45 mm.
For further information on the sapphire please refer to report. Side stones H-I colour, SI clarity. Originally with a hinged shank, later changed into a classic normal shank. Signs of wear, scratches commensurate with use. In good condition.
