The brooch designed as a stylised ribbon set with marquise-shaped and baguette diamonds, embellished to the centre with brilliant-cut stones of yellow tints, mounted in platinum, French assay and maker's marks; and a ring centring on a brilliant-cut diamond of yellow tint within a similarly-cut stone bombé surround, mounted in yellow and white gold, size 49, maker's marks for Collet.

Please note that the diamonds of yellow tint have been subsequently tested and that they are all treated. Brooch: stamped Pt 950 for platinum and vague French maker's mark. Total diamond weight on brooch approximately 7.00 carats. Ring: stamped 750 for gold and maker's mark for Collet in Geneva. Central brilliant-cut diamond gauged to weigh approximately 1.40 carats, weight of the surrounding diamonds approximately 3.00 carats, overall G-I colour, VS-SI clarity. Signs of normal wear, scratches consistent with use, in good condition.
