Description
The round-cornered square step-cut diamond of fancy intense yellow color weighing 50.40 carats, mounted in platinum and 18 karat gold as a pendant, surmounted by a marquise-shaped diamond weighing 4.89 carats and a marquise-shaped diamond weighing 1.04 carats, the sides set with 4 oval-shaped diamonds weighing a total of 3.34 carats, anchored by a pear-shaped diamond of .61 carat, further decorated with 2 small marquise-shaped diamonds, and with 28 small round diamonds of yellow hue.
Condition
Very good condition. See GIA report no. 12037889 stating that the 50.40 carat diamond is Fancy Intense Yellow, Natural Color, VVS2 clarity. Also accompanied by 7 GIA reports for the four oval diamonds, the pear-shaped diamond and the 2 marquise-shaped diamonds stating that the diamonds range from D to E in color and VVS2 to SI2 clarity. Completed by round-cut, lively medium yellow diamonds together weighing approximately 0.55 ct., approx. VS-SI clarity. Presently suspended from a black leather cord.
