Centring on a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 27.00 carats, within a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds, further embellished with scrolling ribbons millegrain pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, accented with calibré-cut sapphire fringes, the sapphires and diamonds together weighing approximately 4.50 and 8.50 carats respectively, mounted in 18 karat white gold, pendant fitting.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the centre sapphire is of intense blue colour, in medium dark tone, very clean to both naked eyes and 10x loupe. The square-cut sapphires are of similar quality, but in a little lighter shade. Round diamonds in the surround are about F to G colours, SI2-SI3 clarity, with very good brilliance. Condition: The brooch with pendant loop, is also fitted with box catches to the back which can be used as stylised pendant/clasp for a single- to triple-strand necklace. Overall in very good condition, almost as new.
