This print is in generally excellent condition. The mount is very slightly bowed, not affecting the image or overall attractiveness of the piece. This print was ordered by the present owner in April of 1974 and received directly from Adams in August of 1974. The print is accompanied by Adams's original bill of sale and instructions for the handling and care of fine photographic prints. The title on the reverse of this print is 'Oaktree, Sunset.' The title given by Adams on the original letter to the purchaser is 'Oak Tree, Sunset, Sacramento Valley, California.'
