Condition

There are various horizontal cracks running across the board, especially towards the upper section. Several very minor flecks of paint have been chipped away in the upper and lower left quadrants. The work has been slightly scuffed along the right edge due to frame abrasion. The surface of the work is dirty and would benefit from a clean. Held in a gilt wood and plaster frame with hessian slip. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals two very small spots of retouching within the upper left quadrant.
