Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly warmer and richer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. It is hinged to the backing board in the top two corners. There is light undulation and handling creases in places throughout. There is a pin-sized flyspot towards the centre of the bottom edge and a minute tear to the centre right of the extreme bottom edge. There is light discoloration to the paper throughout and a small patch of slightly deeper discoloration above the signature in the bottom right hand corner. There is an extremely light media accretion to the upper centre of the extreme right-hand edge, hidden by the mount. The faint handling marks scattered in places are original to the work's execution.
