Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is softer in the original, with the bright blue tending more towards a pastel blue and the yellow towards a baby yellow. Condition : This work is in very good condition. There is light wear to all four corners of the composition and two minute red rub marks towards the left section of the bottom edge. There is a faint 10cm horizontal pencil line running 1cm above the bottom edge, which would appear to be original to the artist's working process. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
