Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is slightly softer in the original work. Condition: This work is in good condition. Front: There is a small 5cm tear to the bottom of the left wing. There is a small patch of wear with associated speck of media loss to the black passage below the small right hole on the figure's shoulder. There is some light wear along all extreme edges, resulting in tiny spots of media loss in places and lifting to the extreme corner tips. There is a tiny tear (approximately 1cm. long) to the right foot, and another to the left leg, just below the knee. A faint white semi-circular mark (approximately 30cm. long) is visible upon close inspection to the top of the figure's right thigh. Reverse: There are a number of fine white vertical rub marks to the reverse of the figure's left foot, as well as some lifting to the edges of the cardboard.
