Condition

This work is in excellent condition overall. There are variations in the sheet of the black areas as is inherent to the wax medium. The work is hinged at intervals to the ragboard mount. There is an irregularity to the edges as is inherent to the paper support. The work is framed in a white wood strip frame behind Plexiglas, and has not been examined out of the frame.
