- GAZING AT THE WATERFALL
- ink and colour on paper, framed
signed SHUREN ZHANG DAQIAN, dated geng chen, 1940, the eighth lunar month, inscribed, with two seals of the artist, and one collector's seal
Condition
- In good condition.
- Illustrated colours are slightly more intense than that of the actual piece.
- Four horizontal crackings are found on the top section of the composition, however, restoration has significantly made it stable.
- Nicely framed against silk matt.
