Description
decorated in luster and blue with gadroons on the rim filled with stylized foliage and circlets with stars, centered by concentric bands of further patterns en suite, the center of the well with an eagle, the reverse with further foliate designs within circles and centered by a pinwheel.
Condition
Slight wear. Minor chipping on outer rim, inner rim, and foot. Abrasions on reverse. Pierced with 4 holes for hanging. Blue glaze has run or "smudged" during firing in areas. Beautiful piece.
