The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The dial has aged from black to a brown-gray with a crackled texture to the finish. The crystal has a crack through the center and another between 4 and 5 o'clock which are not represented in the catalogue photograph. There are losses to the paint on the edge of the bezel and the coin-edge finish is rubbed throughout. The case has been polished and shows few scuffs from wear. The numbers between the lugs are 490060 and 5508. The number inside the back is stamped 5508 and III.1958.
