The canvas is not lined. There is an 8cm. line of retouching to the upper centre above the flowers, with a smaller line running perpendicular to it with some associated retouching, all visible under UV light. Apart from some scattered spots of retouching at intermittent intervals running along the top edge, also visible under UV light, this work is in good condition. Colours: The colours are deeper and warmer in the original, and the roses are more pink and less red.
