The canvas is not lined. There is a small 1cm. sq. spot of retouching to the lady's right cheekbone, three small spots of retouching below the right side of the upper edge and a small spot of retouching to the upper left edge, with two nailhead-sized spots of retouching in close proximity, all visible under UV light. Apart from a further nailhead-sized spot of retouching towards the lower left corner, also visible under UV light, this work is in good condition. Colours: The colours are more subtle in the original.
