Condition

Work is in good condition. Executed on cream wove paper. Sheet is taped to window mat around all edges with paper tape. Sheet is somewhat time darkened. There is a nail head sized spot of foxing in the woman's dress towards lower right, a pin head sized spot of foxing one inch above the cow's back, and scattered spots of foxing around the upper right corner. Some minor stains near top edge. On verso: scattered spots of foxing throughout and some minor dirt. Strips of old newspaper appear to be incorporated into the mounting perhaps to protect the sheet.
