Medium is oil on paper laid down on canvas. Significant vertical lines of craquelure with associated paint lifting in the sky and just below the horizon line. Nailhead-size loss 5 inches in from center of right edge. There are areas of flattened impasto as a result of the process of laying down. Under UV light, several strokes of inpainting at areas of significant paint lifting. Few strokes in lower right corner. Otherwise, a few other areas flouresce but appear to be varnish. Stable condition.
