The work is in very good condition. This work is lined and the surace is clean. Under UV, there is a spot of inpainting in the center of the red building with two small losses accompaning their repair. There is a small loss to the pigment in the tree branch in the upper right with some accompaning strokes of inpainting and a few other small spots of repair, otherwise the work is fine.
