This work is in very good condition. The work is unlined, and the surface is clean. Under UV, there is a small repair one inch in length just lower right of the building. There is a spot of inpainting in the upper right corner and one in the base of the tree. A few other scattered lines and dots around the edges to cover frame abrasion.
