This canvas is well stretched and unlined. Under raking light, there are stretcher bar marks visible on the outer perimeter of all four edges, most visible at the top where there is a slight line of rubbing. In raking light, there are a few areas of slight craquelure to the impasto areas in the lower left quadrant as well as in the ribbon on the left side. There are three barely visible pea-size drops in the lower left corner of the painting. There is a 1/8 in. abrasion in the lower left corner as well near the cat's tail. Otherwise in very good condition.
