The painted wood panel is in very good condition. The paint is tightly bound with no visible losses. The predominately white construction displays an aged surface characterized by a slightly soiled appearance. The colors, neon orange/yellow and light blue, which appear on the underside of each cube are in good condition and retain their original vibrancy. The edges of the white cubes show minor wear with local inpainting evident where minor paint loss has occurred. Overall the white cubes are in very good condition and are well secured to the background platform. No physical damage was noted on the surface. The wood construction is structurally sound.
