Condition

The mosaic is in very good condition with all of the glass tesserae accounted for. The mosaic has an undulating surface that has caused the tesserae to shift out of plane that appears to be an inherent characteristic of the mosaic. The reddish pink grout is in good condition with no significant loss observed. The wooden frame that supports the mosaic is in good condition with minor nicks and scratches in the wood.
