The canvas is well stretched and unlined. Under ultraviolet light, there appears to be a slightly opaque varnish but no evidence of inpainting. There is a 1/8 in. paint loss in the lower left corner, a 1/8 in. loss along the center of the right edge 3 in. from the edge and a few small paint losses to the wheels in the center and scattered throughout. The surface is in stable condition and overall this work appears to be in very good condition.
