This painting should be hung as is. The canvas is properly stretched and the paint layer is clean and varnished. There are a few isolated spots of restoration visible under ultraviolet light which have been applied in the yellow horizontal band at the bottom of the composition and a vertical retouch to the left of the signature. There are some other small spots in a few tiny places, most notably at the back of the largest male figure's head in the center, in the cheek of the curly haired male on the far right and in a few other specks.
