The stylized blossoms set with 32 round sapphires weighing approximately 8.00 carats and 48 round diamonds weighing approximately 2.40 carats, mounted in platinum and 18 karat gold, signed Aletto Bros. 

Very good condition. The sapphires are medium to medium-deep blue; some with areas of uneven color distribution (noticeable only under close inspection). The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity. Signed on both clips.
