The partly flexible graduated braid set with 82 round rubies and with 22 round diamonds weighing approximately 1.75 carats, signed Boucheron, Paris, numbered 8568, maker's mark, assay marks. 

Signature appears on a semi circular plaque near male end of clasp. Numbered 8568 on reverse of clasp. Maker's mark for Verger Fils. Inner circumference is 6½ inches. Rubies are deep red and slightly included. Diamonds are approximately H-I color and VS clarity. Some discoloration to the gold twist in spots, but in good condition overall. Fitted with a safety closure. Rubies are deeper than indicated by catalogue illustration.
