The oval sapphire weighing approximately 10.00 carats, flanked by 2 round diamonds, the band pavé-set with 56 round diamonds altogether weighing approximately 3.00 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold and platinum, size 7½, signed Tiffany & Co., Schlumberger. 

The sapphire is a medium shade of golden yellow and is slightly included. There is a scratch across the table of the stone and minor abrasions to a few of the facet junctions. Diamonds are approximately G-I color and VS-SI clarity. In good condition. Signed Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger.
