Designed as the head of a carousel horse, decorated with round rubies, sapphire and emeralds and with numerous pavé-set round diamonds weighing approximately 7.25 carats, the collar, plumes and bridle applied with black enamel, mounted in platinum and 18 karat gold, signed Webb. 

Condition

The rubies weigh approximately 1.50 carats, the emeralds approximately 2.30 carats and the sapphires approximately 1.00 ct. All colored stones are bright and lively and the diamonds are approximately F-G color and VVS-VS clarity. Enamel at confluence of the plumes shows some damage, loss and previous repair, but otherwise the piece is in good condition. Signed Webb. 3 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches.
