The cut-cornered rectangular modified brilliant-cut diamond of fancy yellow color weighing 5.09 carats, the bezel and shoulders pavé-set with small round diamonds, mounted in 18 karat gold, size 6. 

See GIA report stating the center diamond is Fancy Yellow, Natural Color, VS2 clarity. The round diamonds weigh a total of approximately .80 carat and are H-I color and VS-SI clarity. The shank is slightly out of round, but the piece is in good condition overall.
