The sapphires of a bright and vibrant blue colour with good colour saturation, typical crystal inclusions. The centre may be exchanged for a cluster of circular-cut synthetic emeralds or coated yellow brilliant-cut diamonds, both mounted in yellow gold. Double pin to reverse, one safety push. Minor scratches to metal due to normal wear. In good condition.
