Sapphires a light violetish blue hue with typical crystal inclusions visible to the naked eye, small minor abrasions noticeable wit the aid of a 10x lens. Well matched in colour. Oval sapphire estimated to weigh approximately 8.79 carats, pear-shaped sapphire estimated to weigh approximately 9.47 carats, as gauged in the mount. Oval surmount of pendant can be worn in more than one way, three pendant fitting to reverse. Signs of wear to the mount, scratches consistent with age and use. Detachable pin fitting, detachable keeper fitting deficient. In good condition.
