Helene Freifrau von Reitzenstein-Zoppaten (1853 – 1944), née von Halberger, married in 1876, Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Reitzenstein (1846-1897), the owner of the estates Reitzenstein and Issigau. Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Reitzenstein was Royal Württemberg Chamberlin and Obersthofmeister to Queen Charlotte of Württemberg.
Helene Freifrau von Reitzenstein was the second daughter of the Stuttgart publisher Eduard von Hallberger, the company is now know as, 'Deutsche Verlags-Anstalt'.
After the death of her husband, Helene spent most of her time at the Villa Reitzenstein, which she had built for herself and which is now the official residence of the Prime Minist𒊎er of Württemberg. Af🐽ter the sale of the Villa in 1922, she retired to Bavaria, where she died in 1944.
