The central oval pink topaz set within a border of old-mine diamonds, on an articulated bracelet set with two pear-shaped pink topaz, interspersed with vine leaf motifs set with circular- and rose-cut diamonds, the detachable clasp set with a cushion-shaped pink topaz, accompanied by a brooch set with similar stones,
Condition
Metal tested as gold and silver, indistinct assay marks on gold part. The topaz estimated to weigh approximately 76.55 carats in total, including the oval pink topaz gauged to measure approximately 24.5 x 20.9 x 10.8mm, weighing approximately 41.30 carats. Soft pink colour, medium colour saturation, the oval stone of stronger saturation, overall clean stones with some typical crystal inclusions, scratches mainly on tables, minor abrasion and a few nicks. Diamonds bright and lively stones, mixed quality. The central oval topaz can be detached to be worn as a brooch but the fittings are deficient. Signs of normal wear commensurate with age, delicate piece, well preserved. In good condition.
