The painting is in overall good, original condition. The canvas is in good condition apart from a small hole on the upper left quadrant (above the shoulder of the male figure). Some flecks of paint loss are found in several areas (along the left edge area, upper middle-head and right arm of middle figure, upper right - head of female figure and upper right corner), lower middle (on the lap and white pants of male figure, green cloth of female figure- near edge). Paint loss is also detected on the lower right corner. Paint layers are in stable condition. (The painting was examined within its frame)
