The support is cradled on the reverse. It appears to consist of three vertical planks. The paint surface is secure although somewhat abraded in areas and under a dirty varnish. There are scattered strengthenings and retouchings. Inspection under UV light confirms these. Offered in a later plain wooden frame in fair condition.
