Purchased by the parents of the present owners in the 1960s;
Thence by descent to the present owners.

Condition

The canvas has quite an old relining. The structure is sound. The paint surface is generally secure. Discoloured retouchings are visible to the naked eye in several areas. Inspection under UV light reveals further strengthenings. Offered in a plaster frame and glazed.
