The canvas has been relined. There is a corresponding patch on the recto to the lower left where a hole in the canvas has been repaired. The paint surface is secure though a little abraded in areas. The varnish has discoloured and impedes satisfactory inspection under UV light. Offered in a painted plain wood frame which is in reasonable condition.
