Condition
Overall in very good condition consistent with age and use. The sofa structure is in excellent condition. The pony skin upholstery is in very good condition, showing minor areas of color differentiation and minor areas of wear and accompanying loss of pony skin. All the areas are only losses to the pony skin, revealing the leather underneath, which remains intact. These areas appear as white in the catalogue illustration and are concentrated to front edge of the proper left seat cushion and the lower portion of the back cushion. There are also two larger areas of fur loss to the lower portion of the back cushion, which are not visible once the seat cushions are placed. The losses to the pony skin covering do not detract from the piece. Otherwise the sofa is in very good condition.
