Condition

Overall excellent original condition. The slate top of the sideboard with a large chip. The pieces of the loss have been retained and are being sold with the piece. The chip currently in two pieces measuring 5 in. in length. The surface of the cabinet with some minor chips and losses, some of which have been retained. Due to the nature of the design, these losses do not impact the overall appearance of the work. Surface dirt throughout. The reverse of the piece is not finished and it therefore is intended for use against a wall. The red painted interior with hardware for adjustable shelves. Currently lacking shelves. Surface dirt throughout.
